WishFigure is a custom gift studio that turns customer photos into hand-painted 18cm personalized 3D
chibi figurines. Customers use WishFigure for birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, couple keepsakes, pet
memorials, family keepsakes, and other meaningful photo-based gifts.
How do customers send photos after checkout?
After the order is placed, the customer receives instructions to reply with one or more clear reference
photos, pose notes, outfit preferences, and name plate text. The studio reviews the references before
sculpting begins. If the order email is missing, use the
photo submission page or send the photos to
support@wishfigure.com with the order number.
What does the 48-hour preview include?
The preview shows the chibi-style concept before printing. Customers can approve it or request one free
revision so the pose, overall likeness, and styling feel right before production moves forward.
How long does production and shipping usually take?
Preview delivery usually happens within 48 hours. After approval, most orders move through printing,
finishing, hand-painting, packing, and DDP delivery in roughly three weeks, depending on complexity and
destination.
Why is the price higher than a generic custom gift?
Each figurine is commissioned from scratch from customer photos, then printed, sanded, filled, painted,
and packed by hand. The price reflects custom sculpting time, preview support, hand-finishing, and
presentation that feels closer to a keepsake than a novelty product.
How much is one figurine and how much is the gift-ready box add-on?
Single and pet editions start at $249. The gift-ready presentation box is one $50 add-on per order, so
one figurine with the box is $299. Two-person couple orders are 2 x $249 = $498, or $548 with the box.
Three-person family orders are 3 x $249 = $747, or $797 with the box. One box fits up to 3 figurines.
Is the figurine gift-ready when it arrives?
The gift-ready option is designed for birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, pet memorial gifting, and family
keepsakes where the handoff matters. Standard orders still ship safely for delivery, but the gift-ready
box add-on is the better choice when someone will open it as a present.
Is checkout secure and what payment method is live right now?
Yes. Secure Shopify Checkout is live, and PayPal is available at checkout. After payment, the customer
receives the order email and sends photo references for the preview step.
What kind of photo works best?
Bright, front-facing photos with visible facial features, outfit details, and pose references work best.
For couple, pet, and family editions, sending multiple images helps the sculptor build a more accurate
composition and final display piece.
Can WishFigure make this pose, outfit, pet, or scene?
Usually, if it is based on a real person, pet, outfit, or personal keepsake idea that you have permission
to use. Very complex poses, tiny text, logos, multiple props, unclear photos, copyrighted characters,
celebrities, and public figures need studio review before ordering. Email support@wishfigure.com.
Can I change the photo or request rush service?
Contact support as early as possible. Rush handling is a paid value-added service because it requires
priority designer and engineering capacity; rush timing starts from the second day after the order and
does not include shipping time. If design has already started, changing the reference photo is also a
paid value-added service.
What should I know before approving the preview?
The preview shows the chibi-style design direction, pose, and overall likeness. Because the final piece is
3D-printed and hand-painted, structure, proportion, color, and fine details can differ from the original
photo or screen preview. One free revision is included before approval.
Can custom orders be refunded?
Before design starts, the order can be refunded in full. After design starts but before preview approval,
50% may be refunded. After preview approval, the custom order cannot be canceled or refunded except for
damage or clear production issue review.
Will WishFigure show my finished figurine publicly?
Finished figurines may be used as WishFigure official proof by default, without publishing the customer's
original personal photo. If you do not want the finished figurine shown publicly, email support with your
order number before preview approval and ask for no display.
Is WishFigure a toy?
No. WishFigure figurines are adult decorative collectibles and keepsakes, not toys for children.
