Send photos and notes
After checkout, reply to the order email with face photos, outfit details, pose notes, pet references, name card text, and gift timing. If that email is hard to find, use the photo submission page as a backup or email support@wishfigure.com with your order number.
Review the preview
WishFigure sends a digital sculpt preview within 48 hours so the customer can review the chibi direction before production.
Approve and receive
After approval, the figurine is hand-finished, packed securely, and shipped with tracked DDP delivery.
