Send Photos for Your WishFigure Order
Already placed an order? Send your photos and notes with the Shopify order number so the studio can connect every reference to the right custom figurine. The safest method is to reply to the Shopify confirmation email; this page is the backup path when that email is hard to find.
Send clear references
Send clear, unobstructed front-facing photos. Full-body, outfit, pose, pet-marking, accessory, and name-card notes help the preview look stronger.
Review the preview
WishFigure sends a chibi-style preview before production. One free revision is included before approval, so describe changes clearly in one reply.
Approve production
After preview approval, the custom order moves into printing and hand finishing. Refund and cancellation options become limited after approval.
What to include
- Shopify order number and checkout email
- Edition: single, couple, pet, family, or display keepsake
- One clear front-facing photo per person or pet
- Full-body, outfit, hairstyle, pose, accessory, or pet-marking references when available
- Name-card text, gift date, needed-by date, and any no-display request
Before you approve
- The preview is a chibi-style design direction, not a 1:1 physical copy of the photo
- 3D printing and hand painting can create natural differences in structure, proportion, color, and fine detail
- Rush handling and photo swaps after design starts are paid value-added services
- Finished figurines may be used as WishFigure proof unless you request no display before preview approval
