This Privacy Policy explains how WishFigure Studio ("WishFigure", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit wishfigure.com, place an order, contact support, or send photos and customization notes for a custom figurine.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing details handled through Shopify Checkout, order details, support messages, photos, design notes, revision requests, and any other information you choose to send for your custom order.

We also collect basic device, browser, cookie, analytics, and storefront activity information through Shopify and common ecommerce tools so we can operate the store, prevent fraud, understand site performance, and improve the customer experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to process orders, create design previews, make and ship custom figurines, provide customer support, send order and shipping updates, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve our products and storefront, and send marketing communications where permitted by law.

3. Photos and Customization Materials

Photos, likeness references, nameplate text, outfit notes, pet references, accessory notes, and other custom-order materials are used to design and produce your order. We do not sell your original customer photos. Finished figurines may be photographed or displayed for marketing unless you opt out under our Terms of Service by emailing support before the design preview is sent.

4. Sharing Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention tools, analytics providers, email and customer-support tools, and production partners involved in making or delivering your order. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

5. Payments

Payment information is processed by Shopify Checkout and the payment methods shown at checkout. WishFigure does not store full credit-card numbers on its own servers.

6. Cookies and Analytics

WishFigure and its service providers use cookies, pixels, analytics tags, and similar technologies to keep the storefront working, remember cart activity, measure performance, understand traffic, prevent fraud, and support advertising or remarketing where permitted. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some store features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

7. Marketing Choices

If you receive marketing email from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email or contact support. Transactional order emails, support replies, and shipping updates may still be sent when needed to complete your order.

8. Retention

We keep order, support, production, and legal records for as long as reasonably needed to complete your order, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and operate the business. Custom-order materials may be retained when needed for remake, replacement, dispute, support, or quality-control purposes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to request a copy of certain information. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

WishFigure products and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International Processing

WishFigure works with ecommerce, payment, support, shipping, analytics, and production service providers that may process information in different countries. By using the store, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence where permitted by law.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version applies from the "Last updated" date shown above.
