1. Three-Tier Refund Structure
Because each WishFigure piece is custom-designed and produced in stages, refunds depend on which stage your order is in when you ask:
- Tier A — Before design begins. 100% refund, no questions asked. Email support@wishfigure.com from the address used to place the order.
- Tier B — Design started but preview not yet approved by you. 50% refund. The studio has already invested artist time in sculpting and preview rendering, which cannot be resold.
- Tier C — After you approve the design preview. Non-refundable, except for damage on arrival or substantial deviation from the approved preview.
2. Damage on Arrival
Open the package on camera if possible. Email photos of the figurine and outer packaging to support@wishfigure.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll remake or refund — your choice.
3. Substantial Deviation From Approved Preview
If the finished figurine does not reasonably match the preview you approved, email photos within 14 days. If the studio agrees, we'll remake or refund. Note: minor color/finish differences from hand-painting and 3D-print artifacts are inherent to handcraft and not grounds for refund.
4. Transit Damage to Small Structures
Some figurines have small parts (accessories, fingers, ears). Despite shock-padded packaging, transit can occasionally cause minor detachment or breakage. This is not grounds for full order refund; we negotiate case-by-case (glue repair tutorial, partial discount, or replacement part).
5. Manufacturing Defect Within 30 Days
Paint chip, crack, or finish failure not caused by mishandling — covered by free remake within 30 days of delivery.
6. What Is Not Covered
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the approved preview after the figurine is finished.
- Damage caused by mishandling, drop or sustained sun exposure (PLA softens above 50°C / 122°F).
- Visible 3D-print layer lines, micro-seams or mild packaging odor — normal for FDM craft.
- Differences in display lighting between studio photos and your home.
- Orders containing copyrighted, trademarked or unauthorized photos.
7. How To Request
- Email support@wishfigure.com with your order number and clear photos.
- Allow 1 business day for response.
- If approved, we issue refund or remake within 5–10 business days.
8. Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law. Custom-made goods are typically excluded from the EU 14-day cooling-off period — by approving your preview you confirm you understand this.
