Refunds, Cancellations, and Preview Revisions
WishFigure custom figurines are personalized products made from customer photos. Refund, cancellation, and revision options depend on whether the order is before design, in design but not approved, approved for production, already produced, or damaged in delivery.
Why are custom figurine refunds different?
Each WishFigure figurine is made for one customer from personal photos and order notes. Once custom design or production work begins, the item may not be resellable to another customer.
What should customers do if something is wrong?
Customers should contact WishFigure with the order number, a short description, and clear photos of any damaged item, packaging issue, or mismatch from the approved preview.

Before design starts
Contact support quickly if the order needs to be cancelled before custom design work begins. This stage is eligible for a full refund.
During design
If design has started but the preview has not been approved, 50% may be refunded because studio time has already been used. One free revision is included before approval.
After approval
After the customer approves the preview, production begins. The custom order cannot be canceled or refunded except for damage or clear production issue review.
After delivery
For damage or production errors, send photos of the item and packaging so WishFigure can review the issue. Small-structure transit damage is handled case by case rather than automatic full-order refund.

Can customers cancel a WishFigure order?
Customers should contact WishFigure as soon as possible. Before design starts, the order can be refunded in full. After design starts but before approval, 50% may be refunded. After preview approval, the custom order is not refundable except for damage or clear production issue review.
Can customers request changes before production?
Yes. Customers can review the digital preview and request one free revision before approving the figurine for production.

After approval, the figurine is a personalized product made from customer photos and may not be resellable to another customer. Design time, printing, finishing, and hand painting have been reserved for that specific order.
What if the order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Customers should send the order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so WishFigure can review the damaged or incorrect order. Small detached structures may be handled with repair guidance, replacement parts, partial compensation, or remake of the affected part.
