WishFigure ships worldwide. Because each figurine is custom-made and hand-finished, please read the timeline carefully: there is a design and craft window before the parcel ships.

1. Order Timeline (Standard)

  1. Day 0-2: design preview generated and emailed to you after we receive usable photos and notes.
  2. Day 2-7: one included revision if requested; additional revisions are paid after support confirms scope.
  3. Within 15 days of order: custom production and finishing complete; figurine dispatched. Complex multi-figurine scenes may take the full 15-day window.
  4. After dispatch: tracked DDP express shipping — US delivery usually 5-10 business days depending on destination.

Total typical lead time, end to end: about 3-4 weeks for most orders.

2. Lightning Rush (Paid Add-On)

If you need it for a specific date, Lightning Rush may be available as a paid value-added service. Email support@wishfigure.com with your need-by date. We will quote the rush fee if current studio capacity allows it. Rush time starts only after the rush fee is paid and does not include shipping transit.

3. DDP and Customs

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. For United States orders, the price you see at checkout includes import duty so you do not receive a surprise customs invoice at delivery. For non-US destinations, DDP is included where carriers offer it; otherwise local VAT, duty, or brokerage charges may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We use DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Saver, or comparable tracked express services depending on destination and carrier availability. Tracking is emailed automatically when your figurine leaves our studio.

5. Regions and Estimated Transit After Dispatch

The estimates below are shipping transit only, after the figurine leaves our studio. Custom design, preview approval, production, and finishing happen before this window.

6. Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before approving the design preview. Re-routing after dispatch may incur a carrier fee. Returned-to-sender packages can be re-shipped only after the new postage and any carrier fees are paid.

7. Damage in Transit

Open the box on camera if possible. Email support@wishfigure.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged figurine and outer packaging. We review each issue and confirm the appropriate remedy, which may include repair guidance, replacement parts, partial compensation, affected-part remake, full remake, or refund depending on the evidence and severity.

8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 or more business days after dispatch, contact us. We will file the carrier claim and review the next step, which may include continued carrier investigation, remake, replacement shipment, or refund depending on the tracking evidence.

9. PO Boxes / APO / FPO

We can ship to many APO/FPO addresses, but transit may take longer. PO Boxes are accepted only when the selected carrier permits delivery to that address type.
