Help before and after your custom figurine order.

Questions about photos, gift timing, preview approval, PayPal checkout, rush handling, photo swaps, or an existing order can go through the contact form below. Paid customers should reply to the Shopify order email with reference photos and notes, ideally the same day. If that email is missing, send the photos to support@wishfigure.com or use the photo submission page with the order number and a clear subject line such as "Order #1234 - Photo Submission". Custom-order decisions are confirmed by email so your preview approval, rush, photo swap, refund, or no-display request stays attached to the order record.

Response time

One business day

The studio reviews new questions Monday to Friday. Order-photo replies and preview clarification requests are treated as production support, so including the order number helps the team answer faster.

After checkout

Reply with photos

Send clear, unobstructed front-facing photos, pose ideas, outfit notes, full-body references when available, name-card text, and needed-by date by replying to the order email after secure checkout. Use support@wishfigure.com or the photo submission page as the backup photo path.

Payment safety

PayPal and Shopify

Checkout is handled by Shopify with PayPal available. The studio starts custom work after payment clears and usable photo references are connected to the order. Rush handling and photo swaps after design starts are paid value-added services.

Before ordering

Can we make it?

For unusual poses, pets, outfits, props, or scene ideas, send a short description before ordering. The studio can confirm fit by email, especially when the request involves tiny text, logos, complex props, copyrighted characters, celebrities, or public figures.

For destination questions, send the country and city so we can confirm the route. If a package arrives damaged, contact support with the order number, packaging photos, and product photos within seven days. Small-structure transit issues are reviewed case by case.
