A custom-sculpted figurine is not a mass-produced product. These Craft & Care Notes explain what handmade 18cm chibi-style custom figurines can and cannot promise.
1. The Preview Is a Reference
The digital preview shows the pose, chibi-style proportions, outfit direction, and overall feeling before production. The physical figurine is hand-finished, so it will not be a 1:1 photo copy. Small differences in structure, proportion, color, paint texture, and fine detail are normal.
2. Photo Quality Matters
Clear front-facing photos, outfit references, pet markings, and pose notes help the sculptor preserve the subject's real features. If the reference is blurry, cropped, heavily filtered, or missing key angles, the final piece may be more interpretive.
3. Hand-Finished Surface Details
Each piece is printed, sanded, filled, painted, and checked by hand. Fine layer lines, small hand-paint marks, tiny seams, and slight color differences from screen previews are normal for this craft and scale.
4. Small Structures and Transit
Hair tips, fingers, props, pet ears, and other thin details are more delicate than the main body. Despite protective packaging, transit handling can occasionally cause minor detachment or breakage. Contact support@wishfigure.com with photos within 7 days so we can review repair guidance, replacement parts, affected-part remake, partial compensation, full remake, or refund depending on evidence and severity.
5. Material and Care
- Material: 3D-printed display material, finished with primer, paint, and protective topcoat.
- Display only: Not a toy. Keep away from children under 14 and pets.
- Heat: Avoid direct intense sun, heaters, dashboards, and high-temperature storage.
- Cleaning: Use a soft dry brush or a barely damp lint-free cloth. Do not soak, scrub, or use alcohol, solvents, or harsh cleaners.
- Storage: Keep upright on a stable shelf and avoid drops or pressure on small details.
6. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order and approving the design preview, you confirm that you understand these Craft & Care Notes, the custom nature of the product, and the normal limits of hand-finished 18cm display figurines.
