By placing an order or using wishfigure.com, you agree to these Terms with WishFigure Studio. Custom-made products carry rules that mass-produced gifts do not, so please read carefully before ordering.
1. Product Nature
Each WishFigure piece is a hand-finished decorative collectible, about 18cm tall, sculpted from photo references you provide after checkout. Each figurine is $249. The gift-ready box is one $50 add-on per order and fits up to 3 figurines. The product is intended for adults aged 14+ as a display piece, not a toy.
2. Order Process
- You complete checkout first, then reply to the order email with clear photos, pose notes, outfit details, pet markings, name-card text, or gift-date notes.
- If the order email is hard to find, use the photo submission page or email support@wishfigure.com with your order number.
- Within 48 hours after usable photos and notes are received, we send a digital chibi-style design preview.
- One preview revision is included before production starts. Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on after support confirms scope.
- Once you approve the preview, production begins and the order becomes non-cancelable except as stated in our refund policy.
- Custom production and tracked DDP delivery usually take about 3-4 weeks after preview approval, depending on complexity and destination.
3. Photo Rights and Restrictions
By sending any photo or reference, you confirm that you have the right to use it for a custom figurine and that every identifiable person, pet owner, photographer, or rights holder has given permission where required. Do not submit copyrighted characters, celebrities, public figures, trademarked logos, unsafe content, hateful content, sexual content, or any image you do not have the right to use.
You are responsible for IP and personality-rights compliance for your submitted references. WishFigure may decline, pause, or cancel any order suspected of violating these rules.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment methods are shown in Shopify Checkout. PayPal is available where displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Transit Issues
We use tracked shipping and DDP where supported. If the entire package is lost or damaged in transit, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and tracking details. Small accessories or thin parts may occasionally detach or break during shipping despite protective packaging; we review those cases individually for repair guidance, replacement parts, remake, partial compensation, or refund depending on evidence and severity.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because each figurine is custom-made for one buyer, orders are non-returnable after preview approval. Damage on arrival or substantial deviation from the approved preview is reviewed under our Refund Policy.
7. Display Rights
We may photograph finished figurines for WishFigure marketing. We do not publish your original personal photos as marketing material without permission. If you do not want your finished figurine shown publicly, email support@wishfigure.com with your order number and the words "no display" before the preview is finalized.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishFigure's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
